C'est une rencontre entre David Oliver et Bertrand Labarre à Metzingen qui est à l'origine du Jumelage entre Noyon et Hexham. La charte de jumelage fut signée par les maires des deux villes
en 1992 à Noyon et en 1993 à Hexham

It's a meeting between David Oliver and Bertrand Labarre in Metzingen which is at the origin of the town twinning between Hexham and Noyon.The Twinning Charta was signed by the mayors of the two towns
in 1992 in Noyon and in 1993 in Hexham.

Kay died much too soon in 2008.
